We are aware that you put your trust in us. We see it as our responsibilty to protect your privacy. On this page we let you know which infomation is gathered when you use our website, why we gather the information and how we improve your user experience. This way you understand how we work.
This declaration of privacy is applicable on the services of Freefeet. Be aware that Freefeet is not responsible for the declarations of privacy on other sites and sources. By using our website and/or the services of Freefeet you accept the privacy policy.

Freefeet respects the privacy of all its users and ensures that personal information you gather is handled confidentially. Freefeet handles the personal information of its customers with intergrity, transparancy and care, so employees and relations feel safe and at ease.

We neither collect nor use any information for different purposes than the purposes that are discribed in this declaration of privacy, unless we have your consent beforehand.

Sharing of the information

Your information will not be shared with third parties unless it’s described differently in this declaration of privacy. In very few cases the information will be shared internally. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiallity of your information.

Insight in our choices for personal information

We offer everyone we gather information of the possibility for insight, change, or delete all of the personal information we have gathered until this moment.

Use of personal information within our services

When you use one of our services, we ask to collect personal information. This information is used to perform the service. The information is saved by our personal, protected server of Freefeet or one of our third parties. We don’t combine this information with other personal information we have.

When you put in a request with us, for example a product or service, marketing materials, or when you will be called back, we use the information you provided for the finishing of your request. To make this possible, it could be that we exchange information with third parties involved with the processing, like Freefeet business partners, financial institutions, transport- and post companies, like the duane. Related to transactions we could contact you for customer satisfaction research or marketing research.

The information we gather about you, could be used to make you use our services on a personal manner. For example, we offer you content where you have an interest in, and we can help you navigate through our websites.

Support

We can use personal information to support the products and services that you have used. This way we can inform you on updates or fix on certain products.

Just like the information we have indirectly gather, could be used with the given information for marketing purposes. Before we do that, we give you the opportunity to indicate whether we can use your information this way. You can make it known at any moment in time that you don’t want to get any more marketing materials of us. Applications

When you apply at Freefeet or when you comment on a job offer that is on our website, you could be giving personal information to us, like your CV. We could use that information within Freefeet to process the application or job offer. Unless you ask us not to do this, we keep the information in the dossier.

Communication

When you email or send other messages to us, it’s possible we save the messages. Sometimes we ask your personal information that are relevant to that situation. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your request. The personal information is saved on Freefeet’s personal, protected servers or that of a third party. We will not combine this information with other personal information we have.

We gather information for research to get a better insight in our customers, so we can adjust our services.

The cookie generated information about your use of the website can be transferred to Freefeet’s own protected servers or that of a third party. Freefeet BV links personal data to unique codes (for example, the customer number or invoice number) to enable communication. We do not process more personal data than is necessary for our activities. This data is provided to us by our customers. Freefeet BV never publishes personal data without permission.

Zlippo BV is een organisatie met grensoverschrijdende bedrijfsprocessen, managementstructuren en technische systemen. Als zodanig kunnen wij informatie over u binnen Zlippo BV uitwisselen en die informatie overbrengen naar andere landen ter wereld waar we zaken doen. Dergelijke uitwisseling vindt plaats in samenhang met het boven vermelde gebruik en in overeenstemming met deze privacyverklaring.

Onze privacyverklaring is gericht op de best mogelijke bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens, waar ook ter wereld. Dit betekent dat ook in landen waar uw informatie minder goed wordt beschermd door de wet, Zlippo BV uw informatie desondanks op de hier beschreven manier zal behandelen.

Indien Zlippo BV, voor de onderstaande doelen, uw informatie overbrengt buiten het land waarin de informatie is verzameld, zal Zlippo BV zich aan de geldende wetgeving houden. Bij gegevens die afkomstig zijn uit een lidstaat van de Europese Unie maakt Zlippo BV voor dit doel gebruik van een veelheid aan mechanismen voor gegevensoverdracht (waaronder modelcontractbepalingen). Zlippo BV voldoet aan het EU-US Privacy Shield framework, met betrekking tot het verzamelen, gebruiken en bewaren van persoonsgegevens die worden verzameld. Zlippo BV bevestigd te voldoen aan de EU-US Privacy Shield beginselen inzake kennisgeving, keuze, verdere doorgifte, beveiliging, gegevensintegriteit, toegang en handhaving.

Wees u ervan bewust dat persoonsgegevens onder bepaalde omstandigheden ingevolge een gerechtelijke uitspraak, een gerechtelijk bevel of een juridische procedure onthuld dienen te worden aan overheidsinstanties.

Natuurlijk helpen wij u graag verder als u klachten heeft over de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. Mocht u er desondanks toch niet samen met ons uitkomen, dan heeft u op grond van de privacywetgeving ook het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de privacy toezichthouder; de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. U kunt hiervoor contact opnemen met de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Deze privacyverklaring geldt voor mensen die klant of leverancier zijn bij Zlippo BV of in dienst zijn van Zlippo BV.

Deze privacyverklaring is afgestemd op het gebruik van en de mogelijkheden op onze site. Eventuele aanpassingen en/of veranderingen van deze site, kunnen leiden tot wijzigingen in deze privacyverklaring. Het is daarom raadzaam om regelmatig deze privacyverklaring te raadplegen.
